The Really Big News: New sitting legs sculpted to fit the 10(11)* inch portrait body. The molds are now available to order.
Heads that fit the 10(11)*inch portrait body:
Emily, Jenny, Jenny II, Lovey, Jessica, Portrait 1 thru 10, Little Lou, Little Lou II, Linzee, April, Brooke, Carly and now Molly, Kayla and Precious. 24 total!
Now they can all sit down!
These new sitting legs can also be used with the Wednesdays Child Series: (Allison, Bridget, Little Darlings I and II, and also Madeline) with the new alternate Wednesday's Child Torso specially designed to fit the sitting legs.

*FYI and in case you hadn't noticed….
This all porcelain body was misnamed the 10 inch all-porcelain body. The dolls are really about 11 inches, The same size as the Bluette so they can wear the same clothes and wigs as the Bluette. Wednesday'Child is also about 11 inches. There is a slightly longer pair of legs as show on Linzee, Little Lou's friend to make a taller variation. This is useful for boy and girl pairs. The stance on these longer legs is not a "girly" as the original 10 (11) inch portrait legs.

Sauder Village in August
Dianna will be at the Sauder Village Doll and Teddy Bear Show and Sale, August 3rd and 4th in northwest Ohio near the town of Archbold. On Friday, August 2nd, before the show, she is planning to have a one day workshop on making miniature dollies out of Hearty Clay. Each student will be provided with a kit to make the doll, wig and costume. The details have not been posted on-line as this was just decided. Give them a little more time and then please contact Sauder Village for more information about the event and the workshop.

Hi Doll Friends,
I am really happy that I was finally able to get some fresh Hearty Clay from Padico, the manufacturer in Japan. I got several colors and some of the newer Hearty Soft. I am eager to make Hearty Clay dolls again. There is also another air dry clay called Modena to inspire more experimental projects. I will be posting news about this and other new projects on my social network, DollCrafters. Please send me an Email if you want to join and haven't already.
