Tips and Tricks from the Studio

Wigs are made to be altered. Especially the Liza wig,  This wig looks very odd before styling.  I recently discovered that when I cut it short it made a very nice Shirley Temple wig.  Who knew? Here it is on 11 inch Portrait #5

A Fun Project With Press Molds

I discovered these clear plastic shapes at the Craft and Hobby Association show last summer and had some fun with them over Thanksgiving weekend.  This would make a good group project or class if someone would want to organize it.

I decorated them with eyelash trim, dimensional gel paint, glitter and other scraps of fiber from the hobby store.  I don't have time  to write it all up but you can get the idea.
