Announcing the First On-line Doll Dreamer's Guild Porcelain Dollmaking Challenge/Showcase
Awards of Excellence will be presented in mid October. The exact date to be announced.
We call it a Challenge because we don't want to emphasize the competition part. Each entry will be evaluated and given a score based on the level of excellence that can be discerned in your photographs. The entries considered by the judges to exhibit the highest level of skill and excellence in craftmanship and artistry, will be awarded prizes and rosettes. The very highest scoring entry will receive the Amber award. To receive the trophy the entry must earn a score of at least 95 points out of 100.
We are excited about the new kind of Challenge. We can receive entries from all over the world. We are eager to see what doll makers are accomplishing around the world.
This Challenge is sponsored by Dianna Effner and Expressions. All entries must be from Expressions molds.
